Our Power Plants

Seaboard owns and operates two power barges located in the Ozama River in Santo Domingo. The power barges Estrella del Norte (installed in December 1989) and Estrella del Mar (installed in November 2000) provide a combined capacity of 112MW and normally are at the top of the merit list for the economic dispatch.
